*You can include the day of order if the order was be made by 11am U.K time, which means we will do our best to ship on the same day for you. Please bare in mind that the courier aims to deliver on that time frame but allow time for delays. If your order is urgent, please contact us .

We do not ship on weekends and U.K. Public Holidays .

If your address is incorrect or incomplete, orders shipped with Royal Mail will be returned to us and you will be invoiced for the reshipment fee.

Once the parcel leaves our offices, we are no longer liable for any errors made by the shipping company or for any items damaged during the opening of your parcel.

Please contact us within 25 days of placing your order if you do not receive your package so that we are able to submit a claim on your behalf. Claims out with this period are not accepted by the shopping company and we will be unable to replace the order or reimburse you.
